Rockwood's 6 Practices are the foundation we use to deepen, strengthen, and elicit new ways of being for today's movement leaders. Whether you are just beginning your coaching journey or are choosing to continue, at Rockwood, we teach coaching skills as a part of all of our trainings, and support you with a structure for peer coaching after trainings, as well.
