6 Practices Coaching

For my clients I bring to bear my years of experience working in different roles in the nonprofit world. By acting as a sounding board and level set, I work with my clients to determine paths and solutions that work best for them.

I believe my role is to be a listener and a ‘critical friend’, then provide guidance and advice that allows my clients to use the assets they possess to thrive. As someone that has benefitted from coaching in all of my executive roles, I know the importance it can bring to how you work and how you lead.
